Terms & Conditions
1. All goods shall remain the property of the Owner, Carbelle chair covers.
2. While the goods are on hire the Hirer has sole responsibility for them and shall be responsible for the goods and insurance thereof from the time of acceptance until the goods have been collected by/returned to the Owner.
3. The Owner shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or their property, however sustained, arising from the goods on hire.
4. Final payment is required 6 weeks in advance of the event.
5. Cancellations must be advised, in writing, 8 weeks prior to the event, otherwise the Owner reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee.
6. Chair covers which have been damaged beyond repair will be charged for at replacement cost.
7. Any items not returned to the owner after the period of hire will be charged for at full replacement cost.
8. Chair covers are hired for one day, unless otherwise specified, and should be available for collection the following day at the event venue, elsewhere by prior agreement between the Hirer and the Owner or returned directly to the owner.
9. We will happily accommodate changes in numbers as we appreciate this is inevitable when planning an event. However any changes made less than 7 days prior to the event may not be eligible for a refund.
10. A non refundable deposit of 25% of the balance is payable to secure the booking, we also require a security deposit of £50.00 or £100 if your booking includes table centers. Your security deposit should be paid with your final balance payment. Your security deposit will be refunded after the event, following safe return of the goods hired.
